Vioo BMS is owned and operated by Souk Enterprises LLC. These terms are effective when you register and subscribe to one of our Plans.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vioo BMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

2. Definitions

Vioo BMS offers various subscription plans designed to meet different business needs. The details of each plan, including features, pricing, and billing cycle, are available on our website. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined at the time of purchase.

“Service”: The Vioo BMS software platform provided by Souk Enterprises LLC.

“User”: An individual or entity authorized to use the Service.

“Subscription Plan”: The specific plan selected by the User, detailing the scope of access and      associated fees.

3. License Grant

Souk Enterprises LLC grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per the selected Subscription Plan. This license is valid for the duration of the subscription and is subject to compliance with these Terms.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Subscription and Fees

• • Billing: Users will be billed according to their chosen Subscription Plan. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable.
  • Changes: Souk Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice.
  • Taxes: Users are responsible for all applicable taxes related to their subscription.

6. Term and Termination

• • Term: The subscription term is specified in the Subscription Plan and renews automatically unless terminated.
  • Termination by User: Users may terminate their subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Termination by Souk Enterprises LLC: The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with Souk Enterprises LLC. Users are granted no rights beyond those explicitly stated in these Terms.

8. Data Privacy

Souk Enterprises LLC is committed to protecting User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in the policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souk Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Warranties Disclaimer

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, the jurisdiction where Souk Enterprises LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
